The season brings happy feelings of anticipation. It feels good to anticipate…. to dream or to imagine the things that will happen, the pleasure, the excitement and all even if almost always, we end up feeling disappointed. There’s anticipation in marriage, career, lovelife, friends, new acquiantances, families, institutions, pets, shows, new faces, new products, books, foods, and even in opening a candy bar or chocolate, but is quite disheartening if they come out not the way we expect them to be...

But the most disappointing of all is when everytime they say santa claus is coming to town and you always hang your stocking on your window and wait and wait till you fall asleep and find out the next day it’s still empty…that sucks. Also, is when your old enough to realize they just make a fool of you by making you believe reindeers can fly. It is also disappointing to know that xmas could be any day of any month...

I better stop this nonsense and start searching for my old stockings...they’re going to be useful again...
